 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I ordered 4 sheets of 3mm aluminium composite boards to be delivered to Tasmania. The website calculated the total cost, including postage. However, it was not possible to get them to Tassie without additional postage fees. A professional gentleman contacted me (Josh I think) to explain the situation, which was very reasonable, and he went away to try and source the best price. The next day we agreed that I pay the extra $40 gap, which was extremely fair.
My delivery arrived within a week and the company chose not to bill me the outstanding postage fee.
I cannot express how impressed I am with this company! Their ethical and professional operating standard is to be highly commended. I would definitely recommend this company, for both product and service. J Pillay, Hobart.
